NorthBay Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate OB/GYN physician to join our growing women’s health team in Napa/Solano County. We are committed to delivering exceptional care to the communities of Napa and Solano Counties and offer an opportunity to practice in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Position Highlights

  • Position: OB/GYN Hospitalist (Full-time or Part-time)
  • Location: NorthBay Health – Napa/Solano County, California
  • Call Schedule: 24-hour in-house
  • Average Monthly Births: 135 
  • EMR System: Cerner (moving to EPIC in 2026)
  • Team: Collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice professionals
  • Facility:
    • 154-bed hospital
    • 8-bed labor unit
    • 13-bed postpartum unit
    • 16-bed Level 3 NICU
  • Hospital Highlights: Baby-Friendly designation, Level III NICU staffed with board-certified neonatologists

Position Benefits

  • Total Compensation Range: $259,000 – $480,000

Position Requirements

  • Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited medical school
  • Training: Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program
  • Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Licensure: Valid and active California medical license
  • Other Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; NRP preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year preferred, though recent residency graduates are welcome
