NorthBay Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate OB/GYN physician to join our growing women’s health team in Napa/Solano County. - Position: OB/GYN Hospitalist (Full-time or Part-time)
- Location: NorthBay Health – Napa/Solano County, California
- Call Schedule: 24-hour in-house
- Average Monthly Births: 135
- EMR System: Cerner (moving to EPIC in 2026)
- Team: Collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice professionals
- Facility:
- 154-bed hospital
- 8-bed labor unit
- 13-bed postpartum unit
- 16-bed Level 3 NICU
- Hospital Highlights: Baby-Friendly designation, Level III NICU staffed with board-certified neonatologists
Position Benefits
- Total Compensation Range: $259,000 – $480,000

Position Requirements
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited medical school
- Training: Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program
- Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Licensure: Valid and active California medical license
- Other Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; NRP preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year preferred, though recent residency graduates are welcome
