The Department of Radiation Oncology at Henry Ford Health (HFH) in Michigan is recruiting for a full-time, American Board of Radiology board eligible/certified radiation oncology faculty position. The candidate must have a license to practice medicine in the state of Michigan or be eligible to obtain licensure to practice in the state of Michigan.
The successful applicant will assist in the development and enhancement of the department's ability to provide clinical expertise in the multidisciplinary care of patients. Faculty are also expected to participate in clinical trials, research, and education. This is an exciting opportunity to practice in a cutting-edge clinical environment, engage in clinical and/or translational research and teach. The department includes cutting-edge technologies, including both MR- and CT-guided adaptive capabilities, HDR brachytherapy, SRS/SBRT, hyperthermia, TBI/TSET, and a dedicated MR simulator. All campuses are integrated with Eclipse/ARIA on a single database. Physics QA procedures are standardized across all sites. The department includes strong radiation physics and biology divisions actively engaged in translational research, such as AI, FLASH and gene therapy.
