The Department of Otolaryngology and Communication Sciences at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurotologist to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a unique opportunity to practice the full spectrum of neurotologic care in a collaborative, academic environment with access to state-of-the-art facilities and support for clinical, research, and educational interests.

Position Highlights:

  • Join a collegial team of fellowship-trained subspecialists in a department that values innovation, mentorship, and academic excellence.
  • Work within a quaternary care referral center at Froedtert Hospital and Children’s Wisconsin, seeing a wide variety of complex ear and skull base disorders.
  • Opportunities to build a high-volume surgical practice encompassing the full breadth of neurotology, including cochlear implantation, lateral skull base surgery, vestibular schwannoma management, and complex otologic reconstruction.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary skull base and hearing preservation programs alongside Neurosurgery, Radiation Oncology, Audiology, and other specialties.
  • Dedicated time and resources available for research, education, and professional development.
