Questcare Matrix, a division of Envision Physician Services, is seeking physicians for a flexible post-acute care opportunity in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Our physician-led team partners with post-acute facilities to provide comprehensive patient care, improve outcomes, and reduce avoidable readmissions. Details of the position:
Productivity-based compensation plan with great earning potential
Part time position - approximately 60-80 hours per month
Locations in North Dallas and Plano area
No APP supervision required
Extremely flexible rounding schedule seeing skilled nursing, long-term nursing, and assisted living residents
Equitable after-hours & weekend call without on-site presence requirement
