Endeavor Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our growing team in Yorkville, Illinois. Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Illinois Medical License (or license pending)
- Active DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams in a compassionate, patient-focused manner
- Current knowledge of evidence-based standards of medical care in Family Medicine
- Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure and emergency situations
- Skilled in prioritizing patient care to support efficient patient flow
Position Highlights:
- Physician-led Family Medicine group
- Outpatient only, lifestyle-friendly schedule
- 36 patient care hours per week
- Rotating call schedule
- Average 20–25 patients per day in office
- Locations expanding due to growth (Naperville & Elmhurst area)
- EMR: Epic
- Market-competitive compensation with 2-year salary guarantee ($222,000–$356,000)
- Final placement within range based on experience, certifications, subspecialties, volumes, and performance

What You Will Do:
- Develop and maintain a clinical practice in Family Medicine
- Provide minimum of 34 bookable hours per week, including 20 extended hours per month (morning/evening/weekend hours)
- Participate in weekday and weekend call coverage
- Engage in teaching opportunities with house staff and medical students
