The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Hand Surgeon with an interest in upper extremity trauma care to join our collegial and well-established team in Fremont/San Leandro. Position Highlights

  1. Team Composition: 12 surgeons (6 Total Joint, 3 Sports, 2 Hand, 1 Trauma)
  2. Collaborative Model: Work closely with 14 experienced Physician Assistants
  3. Surgical Focus: Orthopedic Hand practice with dedicated time and clinics for Hand trauma cases
  4. OR Time: 1–2 days per week
  5. Call Schedule: 1 call every 12 days (Level 2/3 community trauma)

Full-time annual salary range is $600,000 to $620,020 plus additional potential incentives up to $73,080*. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. *Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
