Qualifications Required:

  • M.D. or D.O. degree
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatric Orthopedic Fellowship
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Unrestricted Florida Medical License (or ability to obtain one)
