NaphCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician to join our team at the Arizona State Prison Complex – Tucson in Tucson, AZ. This is an opportunity to deliver proactive, patient-focused healthcare within a correctional facility while enjoying the support and resources of a reputable, family-owned healthcare organization with over 35 years of experience.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay rates: $120.00 – $136.00 per hour (based on shift, site needs, hire status, and experience)
• Flexible opportunities: Full Time, Part Time, PRN, and occasional 8–13-week temporary contracts

Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted Physician license in Arizona
• Current DEA registration in Arizona
• Valid CPR certification
