Overview:
NaphCare is seeking a dedicated Staff Physician to join our team of medical professionals at ASPC – Eyman. As part of our 35-year legacy in providing quality healthcare to correctional facilities nationwide, you will play a key role in delivering proactive, patient-focused care.

Compensation:

• Hourly pay ranges from $120.00 – $136.00, based on shift, site needs, hire status, and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to the incarcerated population.
• Collaborate with healthcare and correctional staff to deliver comprehensive medical services.
• Maintain accurate medical records and follow all facility protocols.
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Licensed to practice in the state of Arizona.
• Active DEA license in the state of Arizona.
