Qualifications:

  • Licensed as a Family or Internal Medicine physician in Arizona
  • Current DEA registration
  • Board certification in a specialty recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Experience in primary care with administrative experience in corrections or managed healthcare delivery preferred
