The largest subspecialty radiology group in Southern Arizona is seeking an Interventional Radiologist to join its growing, physician-led team. Position Highlights: 

• Schedule (Partnership Track): 

• 4.5-day work week 

• 12 weeks of PTO 

• Beeper call only with low volume 

• Schedule (Employed Track): 

• No nights, weekends, or call 

• Compensation: Lucrative compensation models for both tracks with additional income opportunities through moonlighting 

• Incentives: Sign-on bonus and/or training stipend available 

Scope of Practice: 

• Interventional Radiology (70%): 

• Broad interventional and image-guided procedural volume including vascular/non-vascular catheter interventions, spine, CT biopsies and drainages, and ultrasound-guided procedures 

• Advanced procedures including tumor therapies, TIPS, and vertebral augmentation 

• Diagnostic Radiology (30%): 

• CTA/CTV, MRA/MRV, and comprehensive vascular ultrasound interpretation 

Workflow & Technology: 

• PACS: Merge PACS 

• Dictation: PowerScribe 360 

• RIS: Royal Radiology Information System 

• HIS: Epic 

• 3D Reconstruction: Terarecon 

Candidate Requirements: 

• MD or DO degree; ABR certified or board-eligible 

• Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology 

• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to high-quality patient care 

• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
