Job Summary

St. Christopher's Hospital for Children is seeking a Pediatric Oncologist to join our group.

 

Highlights:

 

  • Children’s Oncology Group participating institution with active IRB
  • Not-for-profit academic teaching hospital in an urban setting focused on advancing child healthcare 
  • Oncology attendings see all types of childhood cancer, including solid tumors, liquid tumors, and brain/CNS tumors 
  • Surveillance of cancer predispositions including NF1, Li-Fraumeni, Beckwith-Weidemann, DICER-1 
  • Management of childhood cancer survivors 
  • Multidisciplinary practice includes Tumor Board, Advanced Practice Providers, experienced oncology nurses, Oncology Clinical Pharmacist, Social Work, and Child-life specialists 
  • Physicians expected to share in day (inpatient) and night/weekend call coverage.? 
  • Teaching opportunities with residents and students from Drexel University College of Medicine
