About Fort Sanders Perinatal Center

After over 35 years of dedication to the growth and reputation of Fort Sanders Perinatal Center, the group’s founder who opened the doors of the Perinatal Center will be retiring.

We are looking to fill his position with a BE/BC MFM interested in carrying on the legacy of Fort Sanders Perinatal Center into the future.

You will be joining 4 other experienced Perinatologists, one of which is also BC in Genetics. There is the ability for the applicant to pursue a special interest role within the group if desired.

Our physicians are employed by Covenant Health. However, physicians manage the office as if it were an independent practice. This unique hybrid model has all the benefits of private practice while also receiving the protections of being part of a large healthcare system.

We also employ seven Nurse Practitioners, four Genetic Counselors, three Certified Diabetic Educators and 15 Perinatal Sonographers. We currently operate three satellite offices at other Covenant outpatient sites providing ultrasound and consult for the community OB/GYN’s.
