• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Current and valid license to practice medicine in California
• Board certified in a primary care discipline
• Current Federal Controlled Substances Registration Certificate (DEA)
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association (required for clinical staff)

Job Overview
We're seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician passionate about delivering compassionate, community-based care in an outpatient setting. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, this role provides comprehensive health maintenance and acute care for patients across the lifespan.
