QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree: MD/DO 
• Certifications: Board Certified/Eligible in PM&R, Psychiatry, or Internal Medicine (Other specialties welcome)
• Training: Hands on mentorship to develop a chronic pain clinic within your specialty
• Experience: Candidates both in training and in practice welcome to apply
