Practice Highlights: 

• J1 visa sponsorship available  
• Daily Encounters: 42  
• 7-on / 7-off schedule  
• Collaborative hospitalist model with strong APP support  
• Open ICU model  
• Community-based hospital with manageable patient volume  
• EMR: Epic  

What your practice will look like: 
You’ll work in a structured hospitalist program with a manageable census and strong team collaboration. The model supports efficient workflows and coordinated care, allowing for consistent, high-quality inpatient care.
