ABOUT OUR OPPORTUNITY

Our Central Washington Family Medicine Residency (CWFM) needs a Pediatrician for Core Faculty to provide formal teaching, mentoring, and advising for our Resident Physicians.  On-Site Support:

  • Strong and robust Primary Care Behavioral Health with BHCs on site and warm handoffs within minutes
  • Support services: lab, xray, pharmacy, evening clinic (certain services are site specific)
  • Clinical Support: fully staffed with MAs, RNs, after-hours triage, and case managers
  • Providers: Great blend of residents, new grads, mid-career, tenured physicians, and APPs

COMPENSATION AND PERKS

  • Faculty Base Salary: $215,000-$225,000. Salary is based on 18-20 encounters on patient clinic days, and experience bonus. Additional incentives include meeting engagement/quality goals, and fellowship (if applicable)

 QUALIFICATIONS

  • MD/DO degree or IMG equivalent
  • Completion of an accredited Family Medicine US Residency
  • Additional prep instruction for program development, physician administrator, or faculty development fellowship is encouraged
  • WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license
  • DEA certificate
  • BE/BC required
  • Great peer references and in good standing
  • Approved for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and health plans
