Pediatric Hospitalist – Mount Vernon, Washington

Summary:

Skagit Regional Health is seeking a Pediatrician to join our existing Pediatric Hospitalist program at Skagit Valley Hospital. Highlights:

  • Join an existing team of experienced physicians providing 24/7 coverage to our level 2 special care nursery. Provide coverage for deliveries as needed, including C-Sections.
  • This is full time, hospital employed position. We are looking for someone who can work a 0.75-1.0 FTE.
  • Collaborate closely with our employed OBGYN and midwife groups, FM/OB providers, and other community delivering providers.
  • We are a teaching facility that provides an opportunity to work with SRH Family Medicine Residents and outside Medical Students, contributing to their educational journey while enhancing your leadership skills.
  • Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization with newly implemented ambient AI technology (Abridge) available!

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an ACGME accredited program.
  • Board Certification in Pediatrics is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience is preferred; however, new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license by time to employment.
  • Current AAP NRP and AHA PALS certification is required
  • The ideal candidate will place a priority on quality of care, patient experience and collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $174,111 - $232,148
