The division is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of adolescents through high-quality outpatient care at multiple clinical locations throughout Milwaukee. We are developing innovative programs to increase access to essential prevention services and medical care, with a focus on addressing both physical and psychosocial needs to ensure a healthier, more productive future for young people. Our team excels in providing specialized care for individuals with eating disorders, hormonal regulation, reproductive health and the unique needs of incarcerated adolescents and young adults. Moving forward, we are focused on expanding our outreach into the community and enhancing the practice to include substance abuse counseling and treatment.
Medical College of Wisconsin, Children’s Wisconsin & Children’s Specialty Group
Children’s Wisconsin (CW) was ranked among the top pediatric hospitals in the nation and No. 1 in Wisconsin. With over 70 specialties and 675 providers, CW and its joint venture with the Medical College of Wisconsin and the Children’s Specialty Group (CSG) are the largest providers of pediatric healthcare in the state, serving the children and families of Wisconsin with the highest level of care. CSG providers had 220,000 outpatient visits at 13 regional care sites, 67,000 emergency department/trauma center visits, and over 9,000 admissions. In 2024-25, CW had eight specialties ranked by US News & World Report including neurology and neurosurgery. CW is a nationally recognized leader in pediatric care, featuring a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center, a Diagnostic Imaging Center of Excellence, a 72-bed Level IV NICU, and a 72-bed state-of-the-art PICU.
