Neurologist

Dignity Health Medical Group – Sequoia is seeking a General Neurology Physician for our practice in Belmont, along with our Stroke Director opportunity at Sequoia Hospital in Redwood City.  Sequoia Hospital has an Advanced Certification for Primary Stroke Centers. Work primarily inpatient with some clinic. Position responsibilities are flexible based on provider interests. Join our team and practice alongside established physicians Dr. Jeffrey Javerbaum and Dr. Chi-Chen Mao as well as other community partners.

Available Resources:

• Teleneurology available for stroke
• Hospitalist and RN Triage during after hours and weekends

Compensation/Benefits Include:

• Excellent earning potential including a salary guarantee period of $275,000 - $300,000/year and productivity bonus
• Call Stipend
• Stroke Directorship pay $150/hour
• Sign on bonus and relocation assistance
• Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans and CME allowance

• MD or DO degree with Board Certification or Eligibility in Neurology
• Active California medical license (or ability to obtain) and DEA registration
• Strong clinical and communication skills with a commitment to team-based care
• Interest or experience in stroke care and program leadership preferred
• Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse and underserved community
