Deaconess Illinois Specialty Clinic is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join our established and growing team in Mt. Vernon, IL. This is a full-time, employed position offering a mix of outpatient and inpatient care with excellent support and strong compensation.

Position Highlights:

• Employment Model: Full-time position with Deaconess Illinois Specialty Clinic, part of the Deaconess Health System
• Location: Based at Deaconess Illinois Medical Center in Mt. Vernon, IL
• Practice Mix: 90% outpatient / 10% inpatient
• Strong hospital support in the OR, ICU, ER, and general medical units

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed salary: $525,000 for the first year
• Sign-on bonus available
• Up to 2.5% quality bonus added to productivity-based compensation
