We are seeking a Palliative Care Physician to join our established interdisciplinary program with well-trained physicians. This opportunity includes some dedicated administrative time as Medical Director. The program currently includes physicians, advanced providers, nurse and chaplain. The program is supported by an award winning hospital and medical group in the community of Concord, New Hampshire, which is ranked #1 in the nation for the “Most Livable States”.

The opportunity operates as a consultative service to the community operating in the hospital, outpatients clinics and cancer center. At Concord Hospital Medical Group, our commitment to the highest quality of care is evident in our recognition by NCQA as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH).
