Physician - Medical Bariatrics/Obesity Medicine

Community Physician Network is seeking a board certified/board eligible fellowship trained Bariatrician who is motivated to make a difference in Central Indiana, at Community Hospital North. Ideal candidates will have a passion for managing a busy medical weight loss program and a willingness to provide support throughout the entire process.

Desired requirements
·       BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
·       Fellowship training in bariatric medicine & ABOM certification
·       Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
·       Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team
·       Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
