Primary Care Physician – CareMore Health

Role & Practice Highlights

• Outpatient primary care with a flexible Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm schedule or four 10's

• Manage a balanced patient volume of 14–16 patients per day

• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians (MD/DO, BC/BE) welcome

• Utilize Athena EMR in a streamlined, value-based care model

• Work alongside collaborative care teams including nurse practitioners, social workers, case managers, and community health workers

• Focus on whole-person care that goes beyond treating conditions to enhancing overall wellness and prevention

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Active or eligible for an Arizona medical license

• Passion for patient-centered, team-based care within a value-based care model

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary with potential to earn up to $350,000+ annually

• Generous $20,000 sign-on bonus 

• 22.5% performance-based annual incentive plan (AIP) bonus

The West Tucson care center is located in Tucson, Arizona and serves patients in Pima County. Here, you'll find a dedicated care team who will take the time to listen and understand your health needs, concerns, and goals. With over 350 days of sunshine and mild, pleasant winters, Tucson offers a year-round outdoor lifestyle. The city is surrounded by five mountain ranges and bracketed by the unique Sonoran Desert, providing a stunning natural landscape. Median home values are significantly below the national average. The presence of the University of Arizona provides a youthful energy and contributes to the city's diverse and educated population. Despite being a large city with more than one million people in its metro area, Tucson maintains a more relaxed, small-town vibe. Within the city limits of Tucson, there are approximately 32 golf courses, which include public, municipal, and private options.
