CareMore Health is seeking experienced Advanced Primary Care Physicians to join our teams in Arizona, Nevada, and Southern California. Founded by physicians in 1992, CareMore has delivered personalized, proactive, and integrated healthcare for more than 30 years. We provide Advanced Primary Care — a model that emphasizes prevention, whole-person wellness, and strong relationships between clinicians and patients.

Position Highlights

• Full-time practice with a focus on continuity and proactive care
  
  
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary team including nurse practitioners, behavioral health, social services, and case management
  
  
• Administrative and clinical support so you can focus on patients, not paperwork

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  
  
• Active or eligible medical license in the state of practice
  
  
• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience in primary care preferred, 2026 residents encouraged to apply as well.
• Commitment to patient-centered, value-based, and team-oriented care
