Responsibilities:

• Primary focus: Newborn nursery coverage
• Excellent work-life balance: 3 4 days/week with alternating weekends, no night call
• Collaborate with neonatologists on care for non-acute NICU babies
• Engage in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives
• Be part of a network of several thousand Pediatrix providers working across 400+ NICUs
