Gateway Community Health Centers, Inc. is seeking a full-time or part time Dentists to join our established and supportive team in Elizabeth City and Gatesville, North Carolina.

What You’ll Do:
Preventive Care:
- Conducting routine dental exams
- Performing teeth cleanings and fluoride treatments
- Educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices
- Screening for oral diseases, such as gum disease and oral cancer
Diagnostic and Treatment:
- Diagnosing and treating dental conditions, such as cavities, root canals, and infections
- Performing dental procedures, such as fillings, extractions, and crowns
- Prescribing medications, such as antibiotics and pain relievers
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, such as X-rays
- Prescribe and manage treatments using Eclinical Works EMR
Requirements:
- Active NC license in good standing
- Not a remote position (on-site only)

Gateway Community Health Centers, Inc.(GCHC) is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation headquartered in Gatesville, North Carolina celebrating 10 years of providing quality healthcare service to northeastern counties of North Carolina. The project began as a shared planning effort spearheaded by concerned community leaders. The health center is governed by a 10 Member Board of Directors which represents (a) users/patients of the health centers, (b) community organizations, government, and local businesses and (c) the health care profession. The service area encompass seven North Carolina counties: (Camden, Chowan, Currituck, Gates, Hertford, Pasquotank, and Perquimans).
