At AHLC, there are about 100 cancer doctors experienced in treating the full spectrum of solid tumor and blood cancers. The Department of Solid Tumor Oncology and Investigational Therapeutics is seeking an experienced, board-certified medical oncologist to serve as the Chief of the Phase I Section. This leadership role offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of Phase I medical oncologists and oversee two Phase I units in Charlotte, NC. The Chief will be responsible for advancing Phase I clinical trials across multiple disciplines, ensuring that these trials are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and guidelines, and providing leadership and mentorship to faculty involved in Phase I clinical trials.
