PM&R - Physician - Jefferson Moss Magee Rehabilitation - Washington Township, NJ

The Jefferson Moss Magee Rehabilitation Department of PM&R is seeking applications from fellowship-trained MSK/Spine physiatrists interested in joining our growing program within Jefferson Health System – Washington Township, New Jersey.

We are looking for an individual committed to high quality and patient satisfaction who is collaborative and willing to mentor our residents, fellows, and clinical staff. The position will focus on MSK/Spine with some interventional procedures to work along various like-minded specialists. The selected candidate will have opportunity to perform consultations in acute care. We are recruiting for a BC/BE physiatrist to join 36 physiatrists, starting July 2025.

Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive evaluation and management of patients requiring rehabilitation care.
  • Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional impairments.
  • Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and other specialists to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Perform EMG, musculoskeletal ultrasound, and other PM&R procedures as appropriate.
  • Participate in teaching, research, and quality improvement initiatives within Jefferson Health.
  • Ensure continuity of care and effective communication with patients, families, and referring providers.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
  • Eligible for medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to excellence in patient care, teaching, and research.
