AdventHealth East Orlando is excited to offer a 1-year administrative emergency department observation fellowship, designed for recent emergency medicine (EM) residency graduates seeking advanced training in ED operations, observation medicine, and leadership.
About the Fellowship:This non-ACGME fellowship integrates clinical, administrative, and educational components to prepare future ED leaders. Fellows will gain hands-on experience in managing clinical operations, quality improvement, patient flow, and the development and oversight of observation unit protocols, while continuing to practice clinically in a high-volume, community-based academic ED.
Eligibility:- Completion of an ACGME-accredited emergency medicine residency program
- Board certified or board eligible in emergency medicine
- Strong interest in ED leadership, operations, and observation medicine
