Physician - Hematologist/Oncologist - Maplewood

Fairview Health Services seeks applicants for multiple experienced Physician Hematologist/Oncologist openings at its facilities in Maplewood, MN (2 days/week) and Wyoming, MN (3 days/week). Duties include providing healthcare and treatment of patients within the scope of practice in Hematology and Oncology. Responsibilities include the diagnosis, treatment and management of hematological and oncological conditions, while working closely with a team of professional colleagues to deliver personalized, patient-centered care.

Salary/Benefits: $477,981-$689,657.50/year*, PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability & Life Insurance, 403b with employer match.

Requirements: First professional degree in medicine, completed ACGME accredited residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Hematology/Medical Oncology, Board certification (or prepared) in Hematology and/or Oncology with American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association and Minnesota physician s license. 2 years experience as Physician Hematologist/Oncologist required.
