The selected Physician works as part of a robust team of nurses, medical assistants, social workers and other support staff to provide health care to patients in the Wake County Public Health and Human Services Clinics. This position is located at our Northern Regional Center in Wake Forest, one of 4 satellite centers around Raleigh. Each Regional Center is optimally staffed with one physician and one advanced practice provider.
Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:
On call duties: Provide backup call to the nurse triage line on a rotating basis with other providers. Physician does not provide in person care during after clinic hours.
