About the Role:

Setting: 100% Remote Consults for IP/ER/ED
-
Schedule: 13-14 shifts per month—day and night shifts available; weekends required but now only 1-2 shifts/month

Patient Population: All ages (5+ in ER settings preferred)

Compensation: 1099 - $175/hr - robust pay structure + sign-on bonus eligibility (productivity-based to maximize earnings

NP Supervision: Collaborate with highly trained Iris PMHNPs—no on-call or overnight shifts needed!
Qualifications:
-
Active medical license, IMLC Letter of Qualification preferred

Completion of a 4-year ACGME Residency Program in Psychiatry
-
At least 2 years of post-residency consult-liaison experience with ages 5+
-
Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 5+
-
Comfortable working with multiple health systems and varying acuity levels

Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
