Position Highlights:

  • Join a collegial team of 3 Orthopedic Surgeons and 1 Advanced Practice Provider
  • O.R. and Same Day Surgery Center located in one facility
  • 10% inpatient 90% outpatient practice mix
  • Level III Trauma Center featuring the Mako Robotic Arm System
  • Average 15-20 patients per ½ day of clinic and 20-25 procedures per month
  • 4-day work week split between ½ day in the OR and ½ day clinic
  • Call: 1 weekday per week and 1 weekend per month
  • Teaching opportunities available through onsite Internal Medicine and Psychiatry Residency programs affiliated with the Indiana University School of Medicine

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary (mid $600K+) with opportunity for significant additional earnings
  • Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus, early signing/stipend options, and loan repayment options
  • Paid relocation up to $10,000
  • Comprehensive benefits package including 401a and 403b retirement plans
  • Malpractice coverage with tail
