This is a rare opportunity to help shape the trajectory of a growing Level II NICU with a clear path toward Level III designation. You'll practice within a collegial, mission-driven environment backed by experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and a dedicated nursing team committed to family-centered care. Position Highlights

  • On-site physician coverage 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.; NNP coverage 2 p.m. – 8 a.m. with physician call-in (30-minute response time)

  • Supported by hospital-based Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and a dedicated NICU nursing team
  • Practice within a modern Women & Newborn Center featuring spacious birthing suites, midwife-assisted deliveries, and couplet care

Candidate Requirements

  • M.D. or D.O. degree
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
  • Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain
