  • Flexibility + Fast Ramp-Up: Whether you just love General Ortho or are focused on Hand, Foot & Ankle, Spine, or Joints – we have a strong need and the patient volume to support your success.

Work-Life Balance & Support:

  • Clinic + OR Balance: 2–2.5 days/week in the OR; roughly 50/50 split between OR and clinic.
  • Efficient Workflows: Elective cases handled at a nearby dedicated center known for speed and efficiency.
  • Call Support: Just 3–4 call shifts/month + 1 weekend every 2–3 months; trauma colleagues handle most calls.
  • Call Pay: $1,600 per night

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Lucrative Base Salary: Starting salary depending on subspecialty + wRVUs.
  • Top-End Earnings: Realistic potential to earn in the 90th percentile nationally.
  • Call Pay + Perks: Additional income from call coverage + opportunities to teach (optional).
