Emplify Health by Bellin is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Sleep Medicine Physician to become an integral member of our successful team. With a strong reputation in the region, we provide a supportive, experienced environment for professionals dedicated to advancing sleep medicine and making a lasting impact on patient health.

At Emplify Health, sleep medicine is one of the six core Lifestyle Medicine pillars. We use an evidence-based approach to help improve our patients’ total well-being whether that is through dietary changes, behavioral changes, surgical treatment or other medical interventions. Rest assured that you are in good hands with our expert sleep medicine team.

Practice Details:       

• 5 Fully equipped Sleep Suites
• Dedicated referral base from over 30 Primary Care Clinics
• 12-20 patients seen per day
• Two Board Certified Physicians and two Dedicated Nurse Practitioners
• Provider-shared pool of over 3500 sleep study reads per year
• Utilization of multiple Home Sleep Study Devices
• Regional outreach 2-4 days per month
• Teaching opportunities available through the Medical College of Wisconsin’s Green Bay campus
