To greater meet the needs of our individual and corporate clients, the Ascension St. Vincent Wellness Center is seeking a full-time preventative medicine or family medicine physician to focus on optimizing patients’ overall health by assessing their current health risks, and providing disease prevention, education and detection. The duties will also include medical care with disease management, working with a team of providers to deliver high quality comprehensive care to patients with a focus on relationship building as well as also offering same day appointments for acute illness. Preventative Medicine/Lifestyle Medicine preferred but not required.
