We are looking to add a partner to our primary care team in our physician-owned, multi-specialty group due to growth.

• 13 Family Medicine Physicians
• 6 Internal Medicine Physicians
• 6 Advanced Practice Providers
• Care Team of Nurses, Behavioral Health, Care Navigators, Social Workers, Clinical Research Coordinators and more

You’ll have the freedom to shape your practice:

• Choose outpatient-only or traditional practice if desired
• Focus on patients aged 18+—we have a strong pediatric team in place
• See approximately 18–20 patients per full day
• Call is minimal and triaged, allowing you to prioritize balance
• Opportunity to incorporate special interests if desired

• The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $280,000 - $375,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity and quality bonuses, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $300,000 - $700,000.
