CareMore Health is seeking experienced Primary Care Physicians to join our team across our Southern California Care Centers in Downey, Upland, Apple Valley, and Lawndale. Position Highlights

• Full-time practice with a focus on continuity and proactive care

• Collaborative, multidisciplinary team including nurse practitioners, social services, and case management

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree with Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Active or eligible medical license in California

• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience in primary care preferred (2026 residents encouraged to apply)

• Commitment to patient-centered, value-based, team-oriented care
