The Division of Emergency Medicine at Children’s Mercy – Kansas City is seeking physicians who are board certified/eligible in pediatric emergency medicine (PEM). We currently offer:
- Average of 3.5 eight-hour shifts per week.
- Double coverage at night, in addition to nurse practitioner and pediatrician coverage.
- Strong support from transport team, nurse practitioners, child life specialist, social workers, chaplains, pharmacists, respiratory therapy.
- All private exam and trauma rooms, bedside US and in-suite radiology/CT with 24-hour pediatric radiology coverage.
- One of the oldest, most accomplished and competitive PEM fellowship programs in the country.
