Responsibilities
Ascension Saint Thomas Heart is seeking to add a new Full Time APP to our clinic in Clarksville, TN.
Position Highlights:
- Outpatient APP with Cardiology experience a plus
- Full Time opportunity
- Working in a very collaborative office with 3 Physicians and 2 other APPs
- This position will mostly see follow up visit in the clinic in addition to having their own panel of patients as time goes on.
- Position will require the APP to be credentialed at Tennova Hospital in Clarksville

Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Master's degree of Nursing required.
