About the Opportunity

We are a long-established private radiology practice that has partnered with our community hospital for over 50 years. Our team is comprised of 15 partners and 3 employees who provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a collegial, supportive environment.

Position Highlights

• Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off (non-negotiable)
  • Weekdays: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Weekends: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Opportunities available to pick up additional shifts if desired
• Case Mix:
  • Low-acuity workload in a Level 3 Trauma Center
  • Approximately 70% outpatient / 30% inpatient
  • Dedicated mammography coverage available
  • Read within your comfort zone and subspecialty interests
  • Average ~35,000 reads per year

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed salary: $700,000
• 401(k) contribution: $58,000 annual employer match
• Path to partnership: As soon as 6 months
• Established partners earn approximately $1.4 million annually
• 80% of partners earn near $1 million per year
