RWJBarnabas Health is currently seeking a PESS psychiatrist at Clara Maass Medical Center in Belleville, NJ. The Medical Director of PESS CMMC will be responsible for the coordination of the Medical Staff and clinical staffing activities and performing direct patient care within the Psychiatric Emergency Screening Service sites in addition to clinical support of the Inpatient Unit and Short-Term Care Facility as needed. He/she will direct and participate in team meetings, treatment planning, disposition, and other certifying requirements. This is an ideal role for psychiatrists that want to continuing practicing within the inpatient setting.

The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $315,000 to $505,000 per year.
The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s educational background, skills, and professional experience.
