Pediatrician Needed - Outpatient Only - Arlington, WA

Highlights:

• Thrive in a team-oriented environment with two experienced providers. 1:1 ratio of provider to Medical Assistant, along with full complement of support staff.
• Great work/life balance with a weekday, outpatient only schedule with a 1:14 shared phone call rotation, with RN triage. Our acute care hospitals are staffed with Hospitalists to handle any inpatient coverage.
• See a mix of well child and acute care visits in clinic. Opportunity to perform circumcisions, if desired.
• This is a full time position with a 36-hour patient contact time work expectation.
• This is a hospital-employed position with access to a large, existing in house specialty care referral base.
• Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization with newly implemented ambient AI technology (Abridge) available!

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an ACGME accredited residency program.
• Board Eligible/Board Certification required.
• Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license before start.
• Must have active BLS certification before starting or within first week of employment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $268,042
