Family Medicine Opportunities – HealthSource of Ohio

HealthSource of Ohio is seeking compassionate, dedicated Family Medicine physicians to join our mission-driven, community-focused health centers across southwestern Ohio.

Position Highlights

• Outpatient-only practice with flexible scheduling – 4 or 5 days per week, no weekends.
• Manage an average of 18 patients per day in a collaborative, team-based environment with MDs, NPs, and behavioral health specialists.
• Call taken from home only: 1 weeknight every 1–2 weeks and 1 weekend every 3 months.
• In-office procedures available but not required, allowing you to tailor your practice to your interests.
• Work alongside a supportive team:
• Batavia: 2 MDs, 3 NPs, 1 PsyD
• Loveland: 1 MD, 3 NPs, 1 PsyD
• Georgetown: 3 MDs, 3 NPs, 1 PsyD
• Washington Court House: 2 NPs (new physician hire!)
• APP collaboration or supervision may be required depending on the site.
• Teaching and committee opportunities available for those interested.
• EMR: NexGen.

Position Requirements

• Ohio Medical License (or ability to obtain)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Accepting J1 (2026) and H1B visa candidates
