Position Highlights:

  • Busy, well-established cardiology group with strong referral base and community presence
  • Procedures/Reading Responsibilities include: TEE (required), echo, nuclear, vascular reading; diagnostic caths, optional
  • Supportive call structure with interventionalist backup
  • Collaborative, no-ego culture with long-term growth potential and stability

Work-Life Balance & Support:

  • 4 half-day clinics/week - set aside admin + rounding time
  • Fridays reserved for light rounding, administrative tasks and call
  • 1:4 weekend call; rotating schedule with coverage across 3 hospitals
  • Scribe during clinic - never take clinic work home!
  • APPs assist with rounding and call
  • Flexible mix of clinic, hospital, and imaging – tailored to your preferences

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary + $50,000 sign-on bonus
  • Opportunity to transition to “eat what you kill” model after 1–2 years
  • $1M+ income potential as a non-invasive cardiologist
