Work-Life Balance & Support:
- 4 half-day clinics/week - set aside admin + rounding time
- Fridays reserved for light rounding, administrative tasks and call
- 1:4 weekend call; rotating schedule with coverage across 3 hospitals
- Scribe during clinic - never take clinic work home!
- APPs assist with rounding and call
- Flexible mix of clinic, hospital, and imaging – tailored to your preferences
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary + $50,000 sign-on bonus
- Opportunity to transition to “eat what you kill” model after 1–2 years
