When Purpose Finds You

You’re not searching for your next position.
But every so often, the right opportunity finds you, not through ambition, but through alignment.

At Rochester Regional Health (RRH), we believe leadership is an act of service, not status.
Our Purpose is simple yet profound: to uplift humanity through care for our community.
Our Values keep us grounded and future-focused:
Rooted in Community. Serve as One. Care Like Family. Embrace Tomorrow, Today.
Our Vision: to become a national model of health and healing.

We’re inviting a podiatric leader , accomplished, trusted, and quietly visionary,  to help shape the next era of musculoskeletal care as our Service Line Division Head for Podiatry.

Why Now

Across our Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Service Line, growth and transformation are underway.

We’ve built a foundation of exceptional clinical practice, but the future demands integration not just of facilities, but of thinking.

This role exists now because the region’s podiatric care is ready to evolve from excellence in pockets to excellence in concert.

We need a leader who can unify standards, advance outcomes, and mentor the next generation of clinicians across a system built on quality, compassion, and innovation.

What If Leadership Could Be Legacy?

Imagine stepping into a role where your influence doesn’t stop at the exam room,  it ripples across a region.

Where your clinical insight informs design, policy, and education.
Where you become the architect of a podiatric model that connects prevention, surgery, wound care, and rehabilitation into one seamless patient journey.

This is that role.

As Service Line Division Head, Podiatry, you will:

  • Integrate Care Across the Continuum. Build collaborative bridges among orthopedics, wound care, vascular, endocrinology, and rehabilitation.
  • Define Excellence. Establish clinical standards and metrics that measure what matters — healing, safety, and trust.
  • Lead with Humility and Clarity. Foster a Just Culture where curiosity replaces blame and growth replaces fear.
  • Inspire the Next Generation. Mentor podiatric residents and APPs, shaping education that blends skill with empathy.
  • Drive Innovation. Use analytics and emerging technology to position RRH as a regional leader in high-value musculoskeletal care.

What Kind of Leader Thrives Here

You’ve already proven you can build, sustain, and inspire.
You lead with curiosity, teach with patience, and think in systems, not silos.
You believe that leadership is the quiet courage to turn potential into progress.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM), Board Certified
  • Completion of an approved residency
  • Eligible for New York State licensure
  • Demonstrated excellence in program leadership and collaboration
  • MBA, MHA, or equivalent leadership experience preferred

But above all,  you lead not for recognition, but for impact.

A System Aligned for Your Success

Rochester Regional Health is an integrated system of 9 hospitals and more than 20,000 team members unified by a strategic plan focused on:

  • Relentless quality and safety
  • Unleashing the power of our people
  • Strengthening our communities
  • Evolving care delivery for growth

You’ll join a collaborative leadership team where orthopedics, podiatry, and rehabilitation work as one  advancing access, experience, and outcomes across Western New York, the Finger Lakes, and the North Country.

This is leadership in its truest form,  where purpose meets possibility.

If This Sparks Something

You may not be looking.
But if this invitation stirs something in you,  a sense that your next chapter could leave a larger legacy,  we’d like to begin a confidential conversation.

No applications. No forms. Just a dialogue between peers.
