We are seeking a Psychiatrist IV to provide clinical leadership at Dallas State Hospital. As a senior-level manager, you will oversee psychiatric, mental, and behavioral health activities, ensuring high-quality care for patients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Directing clinical activities and treatment plans for all patients
  • Developing policies for specialized psychiatric treatments
  • Supervising subordinate psychiatrists and nurse practitioners
  • Leading clinical quality assurance projects
  • Representing clinical services on various committees

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing psychiatric and medical treatment

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a psychiatrist
  • Experience with psychiatric disorders
  • Residency trained and licensed medical doctor in Texas
  • Board Certified or Board eligible in Psychiatry
  • DEA registration and NPI# required
