POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
- Join our team of two psychologists and one developmental behavioral pediatrician in our state-of-the-art pediatric specialty outpatient center which is home to 15 pediatric specialty clinics. We serve a vibrant and diverse patient population with many families who are multilingual.
- Provide interdisciplinary developmental-behavioral evaluations and care of young children with developmental and behavioral health needs including questions of autism, intellectual disabilities, genetic disorders, and other complex neurodevelopmental conditions.
- Collaboration with multiple divisions of Baystate Children’s Hospital, community resources, and schools.
- Combination of clinical care and resident, fellow and medical student teaching with faculty appointment at UMMS Chan- Baystate.
- Lead in the development of innovative approaches to teaching interns and residents and oversee the educational mission of the division. Research opportunities available and encouraged.
- Support division goals of improved access to care, quality of care, patient satisfaction, and support the fiduciary obligations of the division. Assist with strategic planning, program development and fostering philanthropy.
- Flexible FTE- we are happy to consider those with full time or part time interests.
- Qualifications: ABMS BE/BC Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrics or Neurodevelopmental Disabilities.
- The compensation range listed below represents the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees. Minimum= $195,000. Maximum= $242,500.
